Orders received before 1pm (GMT) Monday – Thursday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be processed the following day. Orders received after 11am (GMT) on Fridays will not be processed until Monday morning. Please consider these timescales when choosing your delivery option.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us and you will be able to track your order within your Account section of this website.
All deliveries must be signed for and in the event that no one is available to sign for your goods they will be returned to the courier depot and you will need to rearrange your delivery with them (via a card/ref. dropped at your stated delivery address).

If there is a problem with your order when it is received please raise a support ticket against the order in question (within your Account section of the site) and we will deal with your enquiry. Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis dependent on the circumstances of the return, please fill in your ticket with as much information as possible to enable us to deal with your enquiry.
